Today we celebrate the birth of a new word. Endearance.

n. Endearance [en deer uh ns] The smash up of endear and endurance, especially when the affection builds over a long period of time.

I love when a new word reveals itself in everyday conversation. Endearance was never planned, it just came about after a long athletic season, where the camaraderie between teammates built over the period of the season.

So, in the spirit of the Sherman Brothers,  Disney Legends and songwriters who made up famous words like Supercalifragelisdicexpialidocious and responstible, I offer  EndEARance. And as my family made up the word, we can also provide and alternate definition: a long time love of Disney, and how it grows over the yEARs.
